A leading construction company is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) aspects of major hospital and healthcare construction projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MEP design, planning, and delivery for healthcare construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and international standards where applicable.
  • Lead design review and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for all MEP works.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure the highest standards of health & safety.
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to specification and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MEP project management within the hospital/healthcare construction sector.
  • Background in main contracting, MEP consultancy or specialist MEP contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations related to MEP systems in healthcare.
  • International project experience is desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
