Salter Grange is hiring an MEP Project Manager for a prestigious £110m healthcare redevelopment project in South West London, set for handover in early 2028.

Join a leading MEP Engineering Contractor renowned for investing in its staff and offering significant career development opportunities on the UK’s most high-profile construction projects.

This landmark project will deliver a state-of-the-art five-ward hospital building, marking a significant milestone for an ambitious MEP Project Manager.

MEP Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
  • Oversee the installation and management of mechanical and electrical systems on-site.
  • Ensure site safety and drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Manage project schedules and costs.
  • Liaising with clients over design variations
  • Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
  • Always ensuring that health & safety is followed
  • Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings

MEP Project Manager Requirements:
