Job Description

We are looking for experienced MEP Project Managers with a background in the Data Centre sector to join our award-winning Real Estate team. In this role, you will lead project management from an MEP perspective, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position offers opportunities for career development, internal initiatives, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define success criteria for projects, including timelines, costs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure quality, safety, health, and environmental standards are maintained and communicated.
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems.
• Advise on resource procurement.
• Lead and coordinate the project team.
• Manage change control processes.
• Oversee project finances and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between the team and clients through meetings and reports.
• Interface with clients and consultants throughout project stages.
• Support marketing and business development by identifying new opportunities and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Experience in construction consultancy preferred.
• 5-10 years of project management experience, especially in digital/data centres.
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Chartered status or working towards it.
• Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project management tools, concepts, and techniques.
