MEP Project Manager MOD/MOJ Framework

Our client, a recently rebranded UK principal contractor, seeks a self-starting, professional, and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver large-scale M&E packages for major new Government framework builds. You will be an MEP project manager with a proven track record in successfully coordinating specialist trade contractors and various stakeholders.

The Role:

• Successful track record in delivering large-scale M&E packages/schemes.
• Lead by example, communicating and galvanising relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project planning and construction foresight, including look-ahead programming.
• Ensure that the installation of MEP systems meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
• Maintain commercial awareness to keep the project on track and within budget.
• Prioritize safety, ensuring all work on site adheres to safety protocols.
