Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within construction.
• Strong technical understanding of building services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing aspects across the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor site activities and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are upheld.
• Coordinate handover strategy and ensure smooth project closeout.
