You will lead the £30m MEP package, directing a team of 10–12 professionals and coordinating across mechanical, electrical and public health disciplines to deliver on time and to budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent technical knowledge across MEP services, and proven ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of a £30m MEP package on a major commercial development.

• Oversee programme, commercial performance, quality and health & safety across all MEP works.
• Drive coordination between mechanical, electrical and public health disciplines, alongside other project stakeholders.

• Work closely with the wider project team to resolve technical challenges and maintain programme milestones.
• Oversee commissioning, testing and handover activities to ensure a successful project completion.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Project Lead to join a Tier One MEP Contractor on a major commercial construction project in Central London.

The successful candidate will take the lead on a substantial £30m MEP package, overseeing a team of 10–12 professionals and driving the successful delivery of all mechanical, electrical and public health services throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established MEP professional with strong leadership and technical capabilities to take ownership of a large-scale commercial scheme.

The Role
