You will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of their exciting and challenging projects, while working with a dynamic and innovative team that makes a positive impact on the built environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the MEP design and coordination efforts for assigned projects, ensuring that the design is in compliance with all applicable codes and standards
• Managing and coordinating with other project team members including architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP designs and systems
• Developing and reviewing design calculations, plans, specifications, and reports
• Preparing cost estimates and participating in project budgeting
• Conducting site visits to review construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design and project management
• Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health disciplines
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
