The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the MEP design and coordination efforts for assigned projects, ensuring that the design is in compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
• Managing and coordinating with other project team members including architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP designs and systems.
• Developing and reviewing design calculations, plans, specifications, and reports.
• Preparing cost estimates and participating in project budgeting.
• Conducting site visits to review construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design and project management.
• Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health disciplines.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
