Job Title: Principal MEP Planner

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Principal MEP Planner to support pre-construction and live delivery stages of major projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Program, plan, monitor, report, and implement mitigation measures for MEP service elements.
2. Lead MEP planning activities across PCSA and delivery phases.
3. Provide leadership in planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with the Project Business Plan.
4. Ensure programmes meet project requirements, develop logical sequences, and adopt cost-effective construction strategies.
5. Analyze performance, advise on impacts, and suggest improvements.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in digital planning tools such as modelling, 4D planning, Asta, or P6, preferably both.
• Experience in pre-construction work-winning processes, producing Bid Programmes, and supporting tender bids.
• Major project experience is preferred; candidates with experience on smaller projects are also encouraged.
• Understanding of MEP techniques and a relevant qualification (HNC/Degree).
• Knowledge of project planning, strategic planning, and project management systems.
• Ability to analyze data for reporting and forecasting.
