A leading construction contractor is seeking an MEP Manager for a major LU station upgrade project in London. The role involves overseeing MEP activities, managing supply chains, and planning works to ensure project completion. Ideal candidates should have relevant certifications and significant experience in MEP management.
We have an immediate requirement for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager to work on a major LU station upgrade. This is working for a well renowned main contractor on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the project is the design and construction of a major LU and Network Rail station including step-free access works, new footbridges, fit out, ticket line improvements and associated civils works. The project is underway and due to complete in Q1 of 2021.
Reporting to the Project Director, the core duties will include:
We are looking for a candidate to start asap to replace the previous incumbent.
Candidates should have PTS, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS.
We are seeking PERM candidates only at this time.
Salary dependent upon skills/experience but package will include car/allowance + contributory pension and healthcare.
