This is a permanent role requiring on-site qualifications and reporting back to the office or end client, covering the full project cycle.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the delivery of major construction projects in West London. The role involves managing MEP packages on site, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate procurement, design, installation, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, with experience managing projects valued at £16 million or more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement, design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Lead MEP subcontractors across multiple areas or buildings.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, programme, and quality standards.
• Oversee technical submissions, drawings, and interface management.
• Monitor progress and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and support handover processes.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience managing complex MEP works on large projects.
• Background in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Experience across multiple sites or project phases.
• Work experience with main contractors or MEP subcontractors.
• Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• IT literacy with relevant project management tools.
