Job summary

The Shore Group is seeking an experienced MEP Manager for a major Central London project converting an office block into residential apartments. You will lead MEP coordination, manage snagging and drive the handover process on a scheme valued at over 6m for the MEP package, with overall project value around 30m.

Based on site, you will chair progress meetings, ensure H&S compliance, maintain QA records, and coordinate commissioning and client reporting through handover to the client by December

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as MEP Manager on major projects.
• Demolition/fit-out experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering snagging and handover.
• Knowledge of UK H&S standards.

• Chair and minute weekly progress meetings with MEP contractor and stakeholders.
• Manage the snagging process.
• Take the project through to handover.
• Coordinate MEP installation with the fit-out team and ensure H&S compliance.
• Maintain QA documentation to satisfy specification and installation requirements.
• Manage, review, and comment on commissioning and handover requirements.
• Contribute to monthly project reports and attend client meetings as required.

Job Title: MEP Manager

Duration: ASAP - End of December 2026

The Shore Group are working with a demolition contractor who are seeking an experienced MEP Manager for a major project based in Central London.

The project involves the transformation of an existing office block into residential apartments, with a total development value of approximately 30m and an MEP package valued at over 6m.

We are now at the final stages of this project, where this role will be focussed on snagging and taking through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chair and minute weekly progress meetings with the MEP contractor and coordinate attendance of relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the snagging process.
• Take the project through to handover.
• Manage and coordinate MEP site installation alongside the fitout team, ensuring full compliance with H&S requirements.
• Maintain and record all QA documentation to satisfy specification and installation requirements.
• Manage, review, and comment on commissioning of individual services and overall handover requirements.
• Contribute to monthly project reports and attend client meetings as required.
