Future Engineering in Leeds seeks an experienced MEP Design Lead to take ownership of design coordination and engineering quality on a major manufacturing project. • Strong experience as MEP Design Manager or Technical Lead on large projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams across M&E and building services.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design management ensuring solutions meet requirements, programme and budget.
• Review technical submissions and resolve design issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls interfacing with structural and architectural packages.
