Job summary

Right Contract Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join our design & build team working on residential schemes, student accommodation and high-end residences.

You will manage mechanical and electrical deliverables, collaborate with the main designer to develop M&E packages, and ensure designs comply with current regulations. Occasional site visits and office-based work in RM7 are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential design & build.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and current design regulations.
• Degree is desirable; highly experienced candidates without one will be considered.
• Confident using AutoCAD/Revit MEP; BIM experience is advantageous.

Salary: GBP45000 - GBP55000 per annum

We're recruiting an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join a well-established design & build company working across residential, student accommodation, and high-end residential projects.

The role:

• Manage mechanical & electrical deliverables across a range of residential schemes
• Work alongside the main company designer to develop and deliver M&E design packages
• Ensure all designs are up to speed with current regulations
• Occasional site visits as and when required
• Based in the RM7 office, with design locations across the M25

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in residential design & build, ideally including student accommodation and high-end residential
• Strong working knowledge of M&E systems and current design regulations
• Confident using AutoCAD/Revit MEP; BIM experience an advantage
• Secondary qualifications required; a relevant degree is desirable, but highly experienced candidates without one will be considered
• Comfortable managing deliverables and working closely within a small design team

Standard working hours -8am–5pm (1hr lunch)
