Qualifications

• Experience in cost and commercial management in a construction consultancy preferred.
• Essential experience with JCT/NEC form of contract.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection.
• Manage and present the final cost plan.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
