Job summary

Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager in High Wycombe to lead the delivery of major MEP projects. You will coordinate site teams, engineers and subcontractors while aligning with the broader construction programme and project handover.

The role offers responsibility across large-scale mechanical and electrical installations, including testing/commissioning, with progression opportunities within a specialist MEP contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in MEP/building services on large projects.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple trades.
• Experience with construction programmes and on-site problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP construction activities on major projects.
• Lead site teams, engineers and subcontractors.
• Manage construction sequencing and short-term programmes.
• Monitor progress and productivity on site.
• Coordinate MEP works with the overall construction programme.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Support commissioning and project handover.
• Work with Project Manager and wider project team.
