Job summary

Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are recruiting a Construction Manager to lead on major MEP/building services projects from our High Wycombe base. You will oversee on-site delivery for complex data centre and mission-critical schemes, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team.

With a strong MEP background and proven capability to drive safety, quality and programme performance on site, you will influence construction methods and ensure successful handover to the

Qualifications

Strong MEP/building services/engineering background with proven track record on major projects.
Experience managing MEP construction activities.
Good understanding of construction programmes.
Strong technical and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Coordinating MEP construction activities
Leading site teams, engineers and subcontractors
Managing construction sequencing and short-term programmes
Monitoring progress and productivity
Coordinating MEP works with the wider construction programme
Managing subcontractor performance
Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
Resolving construction and interface issues
Maintaining quality and safety standards
Supporting commissioning and project handover
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
