Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in High Wycombe is recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site delivery of high-value MEP projects. You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical works, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring programmes are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, engineers and commercial teams, you will influence construction methods, resolve interface issues, and drive performance

• Strong MEP/building services background with a proven track record delivering major projects.
• Experience managing on-site teams, subcontractors and coordination with project teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

A leading MEP contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to join its High Wycombe team.

This is an opportunity to become part of a business delivering high-value, technically complex building services projects across some of the UK's most demanding sectors.

Why this role?

You'll have genuine responsibility for the construction delivery of major MEP projects, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams, clients and specialist contractors.

You'll be trusted to influence how projects are delivered, solve construction challenges and drive performance on site.

The background we're looking for
