Job summary

Crown House Technologies is looking for an MEP Commercial Manager to be a critical part of the Stansted Airport Transformation Programme, a landmark aviation project in the UK. This role involves managing commercial aspects of a major MEP package, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring contract administration.

Qualifications

• Strong NEC contract knowledge within MEP and infrastructure delivery.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager within the MEP sector.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of the MEP package.
• Drive commercial and financial performance to maximise profit.
• Lead MEP commercial delivery through pre-construction and construction phases.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to support project delivery.

Skills

NEC contract knowledge

Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager experience

Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

RICS member or working towards MRICS
