Crown House Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Manager to own change for a major MEP package within a high-profile infrastructure project in the UK. You will identify, assess and manage change, ensuring cost, programme and scope are controlled and contractual obligations are met across the project.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation and communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams, plus a track record of managing change in regulated environments and working

Competenze

• Experience as Change Manager in major construction, MEP or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of change management, change control and contractual processes.
• Experience managing change across complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, with ability to understand cost and programme impacts.
• Experience with NEC contracts desirable.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, energy, defence or major infrastructure desirable.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

The Opportunity

Crown House Technologies (CHt), the specialist MEP delivery business of Laing O'Rourke, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the team delivering Hinkley Point C.

You’ll take responsibility for managing change across a £175m MEP package, working closely with project leadership, commercial and operational teams, the client and supply chain to ensure change is identified, assessed, agreed and effectively implemented.

What will the MEP Change Manager role look like?

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a Change Manager or similar role within major construction, MEP, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of change management, change control and contractual processes.
• Experience managing change across complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand cost and programme impacts.
• Experience working with NEC contracts would be highly desirable.
• Experience within a highly regulated environment such as nuclear, energy, defence or major infrastructure would be desirable.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
