Job summary

TRUE Engineers Limited in Twickenham, SW London, is seeking an experienced MEP CAD/Revit Technician to join our team on a hybrid and flexible working arrangement. The role involves all stages from concept to handover on healthcare, education and commercial projects.

You will produce detailed, coordinated service models, collaborate with the MEP team, and guide engineers on Revit techniques, delivering 2D and 3D drawings with precision.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of building services design experience essential.
• Solid Revit/AutoCAD Technician experience in Building Services.
• UK work eligibility with no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

MEP CAD / Revit Technician - Building Services / MEP

This role is an opportunity for an MEP Revit Technician to join an established employer with a secure and interesting pipeline of work. It involves all stages of the design process through to handover. Projects include healthcare, education and commercial so you'll work on a range of projects with some high-tech work

The Role

• Producing detailed, coordinated service models accurately.
• Collaborating with the MEP team to deliver quality projects to agreed deadlines.
• Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details with understanding of the engineering practices behind them.
• Produce detailed models to high level of detail.
• Provide guidance and advice to design engineers on Revit techniques.
• Communicating with the engineers and helping other team members
• Projects will be a mixture of 2D and 3D.

The Person

• A minimum of 3 - 4 years' experience in the building services design industry is essential.
• You will have solid practical working experience as a Revit / AutoCAD Technician in a Building Services environment.
• Working directly with the engineers you will be able to manage & priorities you own workload.
• You must be able to work in the UK now and in the future with no sponsorship requirements
