Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Technician to join a Glasgow-based MEP consultancy, working on PBSA, hotels, offices and other high-profile building projects. You will produce BIM and Revit models across mechanical, electrical and public health services, coordinating with engineers and architects to deliver high-quality drawings.

Ideal candidates will have strong BIM process knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience as MEP, Building Services or BIM/Revit Technician
• Experience in an MEP consultancy or similar design environment
• Good understanding of building services design and coordination
• Experience with BIM processes and standards
• Collaborative working style with engineers and other disciplines
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP models and drawings using Revit
• Support engineers with development and coordination of building services designs
• Work across mechanical, electrical and public health services
• Develop coordinated BIM models throughout project lifecycle
• Produce technical drawings, layouts and documentation
• Work alongside engineers, architects and other design disciplines
• Participate in design coordination and resolve clashes
• Ensure models and drawings meet project and company standards
