Job summary

Clarkson Owens Recruitment is representing a client in Glasgow seeking a BIM / Revit MEP Coordinator. You will develop and manage Revit MEP models across mechanical, electrical and public health services, coordinating with architectural and structural models on live projects.

You will join a team delivering integrated BIM coordination, clash detection and production of detailed installation information. A strong background in MEP coordination and Revit is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, ideally Revit MEP.
• Experience in an MEP/BIM coordination role.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Revit MEP models across mechanical, electrical and public health services.
• Coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural models.
• Producing coordinated construction drawings and installation information.
• Carrying out clash detection and model reviews.
• Identifying and resolving coordination issues before they reach site.
• Working with engineers, project managers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Managing model revisions and maintaining BIM information.
• Ensuring drawings and models comply with BIM standards and client requirements.
• Attending coordination meetings and contributing to project delivery.
