Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an MEP BIM Engineer based in Birmingham to develop, coordinate and optimise mechanical, electrical and public health building services models. You will deliver fully coordinated BIM models to support construction and offsite fabrication, collaborating with design engineers and fabrication teams throughout the project lifecycle.

You will use Revit for modelling, Navisworks Manage for clash detection, and contribute to sustainability initiatives through

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining fully coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Ability to translate schematics into detailed 3D models.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Participation in model coordination workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing and maintaining information within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Producing construction and installation drawings from BIM models.
• Collaborating with offsite teams to create fabrication-ready models.
• Reviewing models against design intent, specifications and project standards.
• Validating installations against BIM models on site.
• Producing as-installed / as-built models for commissioning and handover.
• Using BIM data to support sustainability initiatives (embodied carbon, energy performance).
• Ensuring compliance with BIM standards, protocols and procedures.

Your new role
