Job summary

BSV Recruitment Limited is seeking a BIM MEP Engineer to develop, coordinate and maintain Revit models for building services projects. This role focuses on seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural disciplines, and ensuring model quality from conception through to submission.

You will lead clash detection, model validation, and ensure deliverables meet BEP and client standards, while supporting BIM Managers with workflows and coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma as listed.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM modelling and coordination experience on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model validation using Navisworks Manage.
• Resolve clashes through coordination meetings and technical discussions.
• Produce coordinated drawings and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure BIM models comply with BEP, client requirements, and company BIM standards.
• Create and manage Revit families where required.
• Maintain model quality, naming conventions, shared coordinates, and worksets.
• Support BIM Managers in implementing project BIM workflows.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and issue tracking.
• Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.
• Assist with project documentation and model submissions.
