Job description

We have a new vacancy within our Head Office Team, ideal for someone detail-oriented with an eye for all things Menu related.

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Menu Systems Administrator to join our Central Operations team. This hybrid role requires travel to our Head Office on Conway Street in Fitzrovia.

The role involves maintaining accurate, up-to-date digital menus, pricing, and POS systems to enhance guest experience and gather insights from feedback.

The salary is £35,000, with a performance-based bonus of an additional 10%, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Linking recipes and building menus across platforms
  • Spec building and updating menu descriptions and prices
  • Uploading specifications and ensuring data accuracy
  • Managing POS updates and testing tills before launch
  • Reviewing menu builds and testing venues pre-go-live
  • Conducting regular checks on tills and ensuring they are functional and correctly set up for discounts and third-party codes
  • Drafting menus for web and PDF uploads, ensuring consistency
  • Replacing outdated menus during seasonal updates
  • Maintaining menus across multiple platforms

Ideal candidate qualities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Experience with POS systems (e.g., Comtrex) and digital menu platforms
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, PDFs, and content management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset to work with various teams
  • Proactive approach and passion for operational excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
