Pret A Manger in London seeks a Head of Menu Innovation to lead the development team in creating market-leading, freshly made food and drinks. Qualifications

• Essential project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience in marketing/communications within QSR, fast-casual dining, FMCG or high-street retail.
• Strong market awareness of trends and competitive landscape.
• Comfortable managing data across multiple systems to ensure policy compliance.
• Demonstrated commercial mindset with ability to translate ideas into viable products.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development team through a customer-focused innovation process to create recipes that are commercially viable.
• Collaborate with Technical, Commercial, Marketing, ESG, Launch and Operations to align timelines.
• Own end-to-end menu delivery from concept approval to launch, chairing weekly meetings.
• Oversee seasonal and promotional menu launches, with clear specifications and training materials.
• Act as a guardian of product quality, coordinating improvements with cross-functional partners.
• Balance quality with commercial objectives and operational feasibility.
