Job summary

MCR Pathways is seeking a Mentor Services Coordinator to support volunteer mentors in Dumfries and Galloway. You will be the first point of contact from enquiry through to mentor matching, ensuring a smooth, supported experience.

You will conduct in-depth interviews, organise training, PVG checks, and manage engagement activities to foster strong mentor relationships with young people.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be based in Dumfries and Galloway.
• Interest or experience in charity/third sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing mentors via phone, virtual meetings, email, and in person.
• Support volunteer mentors at every stage of their journey and ensure engagement.
• Deliver information sessions, mentor conversations, and training sessions.
