Job summary

Dental Care Group is offering a mentee dentist position at our Berinsfield/Oxford area practice. The role provides entry to NHS and Private practice with a structured mentorship programme and comprehensive training to support development and patient care.

You will join a team focused on high standards, with support from a Practice Manager and access to CPD/personal development throughout your career. Sponsorship and visa support are available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• GDC registration is mandatory for practice in the UK.
• IELTS score of 7.5 or higher is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Practitioner.
• Personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional with teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Join the mentorship scheme and participate in training sessions.
• Support patient care under NHS and Private practice earning potential.

About You

• Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), the UK governing dental body


• You must have passed the IELTS exam to 7.5 score or higher


• You are looking to work in the UK as a Dentist long-term


• You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years+ experience working as a Dental Practitioner


• It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients interest first.


• You will have an ability to work in a team, with a willingness to learn and teach others
