Job Title: Pathway Navigator

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pathway Navigator to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on working with adults who have experienced rape or sexual violence, particularly those with complex needs. The successful candidate will carry out trauma-informed assessments and facilitate access to appropriate support services, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct trauma-informed assessments to determine the most suitable support pathways for new clients.
  • Provide support, advocacy, and signposting to relevant internal services and external partner agencies.
  • Facilitate components of the client engagement programme, including a four-week online webinar and drop-in sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience supporting individuals affected by trauma.
  • Strong understanding of the barriers faced by individuals accessing support services.
  • Ability to build trust, communicate sensitively, and empower clients.
  • Knowledge of local support networks and statutory services.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed and feminist approaches to support.
