Job summary

NHS Scotland is recruiting for a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP) at Urban Practice in Edinburgh. This full-time, permanent role combines direct support with supervisory responsibilities in a service supporting up to eight residents.

You will provide one-to-one and group-based support, use lived or professional experience to build trust, and work with health and social care professionals to ensure coordinated care.

At Park Cottage, Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners play a central role in delivering and supervising the team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused support to individuals with complex mental health needs. The service provides a safe, supportive, and rehabilitative environment for up to eight residents, with a strong emphasis on empowerment, independence, and community integration.

This role combines direct support with supervisory responsibilities. As a MHWP, you will:
