Care in Mind is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Waking Night Support Worker to join their team in Ramsbottom. Desirable Criteria
Care in Mind provides residential services for young people aged 16-30, often requiring high levels of support for issues like self-harm, behaviour, and emotional difficulties. Our approach is therapeutic, aiming to help young people achieve their goals and transition to adult life.

At Stubble Bank, you will work with young people experiencing various mental health diagnoses, including personality disorder, disordered eating, and PTSD, many preparing to transition into the community. Your duties include supporting daily living activities, managing challenging behaviours, and participating in activities outside the home.
