REPORTS TO: Deputy Care Operations Manager (DCOM)

JOB TYPES: Full-time

SHIFT PATTERNS: 12-hour shifts, Day shifts

QUALIFICATIONS: Full UK Manual Driving License (Required), Enhanced DBS certificate within the last 3 years (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS: Valid UK Manual Driving License (minimum 12 months driving experience), excellent communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, resilience, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and disclosure of any police record. We consider circumstances surrounding any past convictions.

CONTRACT DETAILS: Full-time, 42.1 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern. Flexibility may be required. Starting from £13.14/hour, with annual remuneration approximately £27,580.26, plus enhancements for night, weekend, mental health support, call-in, and overtime shifts.
