Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop therapeutic relationships with young people and work closely with their families and carers, communicating effectively to provide ongoing engagement.
  • Co-operate with all members of the residential team to ensure a safe environment for young people.
  • Assist in creating a safe, clean, and secure environment, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for all young people, relatives, and colleagues.
  • Conduct audits, assessments, inventories, risk assessments, including Health & Safety audits, and perform other administrative tasks required for the effective running of the service.
  • Develop and review care plans with young people, coordinate support, and participate in core groups with the MDT and young person regularly.
