Role Overview

This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involves supporting vulnerable adults with mental health challenges, empowering them towards independent living, and making their days fulfilling. The role includes shift work covering days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or vocational qualification in health and social care
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Support Worker in mental health
  • Knowledge of mental health illnesses
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Experience with caseload management and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and use initiative
