Job summary

Accordia Healthcare is seeking a motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our supported living service in Epsom, Surrey. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults with mental health needs at their homes, following safety and care planning protocols.

Role involves 48 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, with on-site parking and progression opportunities. We value resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Experience with mental health issues, autism, challenging behaviours and learning disabilities.
• Willingness to learn and apply restraint techniques if needed.
• Able to work independently while being part of a wider team.
• Strong ethical values and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding person-centred care to service users in their homes.
• Support service users to engage in leisure activities and maintain independence.
• Work flexible shifts to meet the service needs and ensure wellbeing.
