Axcis Education is currently working with a college in central Gloucester looking to recruit support workers and care workers, especially those experienced with pupils with challenging behaviour. The role involves supporting students to keep up with their studies and assisting with time management. Ideal candidates will have experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour or SEMH, and have a confident, approachable manner along with strong management skills. Suitable backgrounds include youth work, referral units, specialist provisions, residential or care sectors. Flexibility between 8.30 am and 3.30 pm is desirable.
