You will support people directly with a wide rangeof mental health conditions on a one to one and group basis, empowering them tolive independently and manage their own mental health.

We are looking for an individual with well-developedcommunication and organisational skills, and the confidence to workindependently. You will also need a full current driving licence and access to yourown transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and aroundthe East Riding.
