Job summary

Health Now Complex Care is seeking Mental Health Support Workers to assist individuals with complex mental health needs across Oxfordshire. You’ll provide day-to-day support, help with routines, activities and independence, and offer reassurance and emotional support.

Experience with complex mental health conditions such as PTSD, ASD and challenging behaviours is valued, as is a caring, patient and reliable approach. A DBS is advantageous and a UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, social care or complex care would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, helping individuals with routines, activities and independence while offering reassurance and emotional support.
• Follow individual care plans, support positive behaviour and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
