P+S Care and Support Services is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to assist adults with mental health difficulties across Colchester and Clacton. You will provide practical and emotional support, help individuals build confidence and independence, and travel between sites as needed.

Flexible hours and competitive pay (£13–£18 per hour) are offered, with additional pay for sleep-in shifts and accrued annual leave. DBS check is essential and UK right to work is required.

P&S are recruiting caring, enthusiastic and reliable Mental Health Support Workers to support adults experiencing mental health difficulties across services in the Colchester and Clacton areas.
