Seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to start ASAP!

Are you passionate about working with SEND/SEMH pupils? A specialist provision in Dunmow seeks individuals eager to inspire students with SEMH, many from distressed backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will be confident with de-escalation strategies, able to build strong rapport, and manage challenging behaviours. Empathy and a good understanding of special educational needs or social, emotional, and mental health are essential.

Resilience and dedication are required. Experience in outdoor activities, sports, arts, or food tech would be advantageous, as the role involves outdoor and creative activities.

Working hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. A competitive salary is offered.
