Mental Health Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £16.00.
**Full clean Driving Licence essential for this role**
Shift Pattern:
Days: 8:00am- 8:00pm.
We provide support on a 24/7 basis with a staffing ratio of 2:1 support. You will be expected to support on a rotational basis working 12-hour shifts. This will include every other weekend and will include sleep-in duties.
For this position it is essential that you have a background in supporting people with Psychosis, Bipolar disorder, and Autism.
Ideally your experience will be in community-based settings, such as supported living and/or residential care. Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) would be an advantage.
You will play a pivotal role in providing person-centred support for a sweet-natured, captivating, and humorous gentleman. He is supported on a 2:1 basis in his own home. The person has a love for crazy golf, amusement arcades, board games, strolls on the beach, playing pool, and visiting the pub. You should be fun, upbeat, and have a naturally bubbly personality. You will also need to be calm, relaxed, and resilient.

Our Refer a Friend scheme is worth £500 in total.
This is split: £250 after the person has worked 100 hours and another £250 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
