GSL Education are seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to work in schools in Christchurch, offering dedicated support to students dealing with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
In this role, you will work closely with individual pupils or small groups, helping them engage with their learning and manage their emotions in a positive way. Your guidance and encouragement as a Mental Health Support Worker will play a key part in helping them develop resilience, build confidence, and feel safe and understood in the classroom.
