Job description

We are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for an NHS service based in Cheshire supporting patients of all ages with various mental health conditions.

Your role will be to ensure the patients are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their everyday lives when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with Mental health
  • DBS on update service (Desirable)
  • PMVA Training
  • Immunisations for Hep B, TB, MMR and Varicella/Chicken Pox
  • Minimum 3 years references, no gaps
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage new skill development
  • Attending appointments
  • Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks
  • Measure and record patients' vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
