Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced, person-centred care with a flexible learning approach for each service user.
• Support management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Allocate duties effectively and safely to staff on shift.
• Provide physical and emotional support, guidance and encouragement to service users.
• Learn each individual's specific needs and help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a safe, clean environment.
