A leading educational support organization seeks a dedicated Mental Health Support Assistant to help foster emotional well-being in students. This role involves providing individual and group support, facilitating awareness activities, and collaborating with school staff to promote a positive mental health culture. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Support Assistant to join our pastoral and inclusion team to support the partnership schools’ we have in Bristol or South Gloucestershire. You will work closely with students, staff, and external professionals to provide early intervention, ongoing emotional support, and promote a positive mental health culture within our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful educator will have the following:
Desirable: Mental health first aid training, relevant qualifications (e.g. psychology, counselling, youth work), or experience with safeguarding and SEND.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
