Mental Health Lawyer – North Wales / Hybrid

Are you an experienced Mental Health Lawyer looking for a role where you can really make a difference and enjoy plenty of flexibility? My client is on the lookout for someone who’s passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and ready to hit the ground running with a good amount of home working on offer.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Giving clear, expert advice on mental health law – including detention, tribunals, and appeals
  2. Representing clients at Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers’ hearings
  3. Preparing casework and making sure everything’s on time and on point
  4. Working closely with professionals like psychiatrists and social workers to support clients’ rights
  5. Staying up to date with changes in mental health law and policy
  6. Supporting vulnerable clients with empathy, care, and professionalism

What we’re looking for:

  1. A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in mental health law
