Job description

Mental Health Social Worker, Waltham Forest

To complete Care Act Assessments, Reviews, Safeguarding, and care coordination under the CPA Framework.

Manage a caseload of 25 clients and participate in a Duty Rota, which may include screening, triaging, and handling new referrals.

Be part of an integrated Mental Health and Wellness Team.

£33.42 per hour
