Job summary

A mental health service provider in London seeks a Team Lead to manage a frontline team supporting adults with mental health needs. You will provide leadership, oversee service delivery, and work with external partners. With strong experience in mental health management, you will also design support activities, ensuring high performance and positive impact on service users.

Lead a frontline team supporting adults with mental health support needs.

Working four days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri), youll manage a team of four Wellbeing Coordinators and shape day-to-day delivery of therapeutic and wellbeing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership, including walking the floors one weekend/month (TOIL provided)
• Oversee service delivery, staff caseloads, and performance
• Build partnerships with local authorities, referrers, and funders
• Design and deliver a structured programme of support activities
• Work with the team to produce case studies and demonstrate impact
