Mental Health Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - Remote

Based in Ipswich but with roles throughout the UK, IPRS Health is one of the UK’s leading providers of physiotherapy, mental health, and wellbeing services to the Occupational Health, Insurance, and Legal sectors. IPRS Health is a forward-thinking organization, utilizing the latest in digital innovations to provide first-class clinical services to their patients.

Position:

We are looking for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of therapists to deliver the service.

Your success will contribute to the continued growth of the mental health team.

Salary range: £32,000-£39,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the service referral protocols. Under supervision, signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.
  • Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI’s including session numbers and manage staff utilization.
  • Carry out mental health duty cover supporting with general queries, clinical report checks, and risk escalation.
  • Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Have a professional qualification in Masters in Psychology of Wellbeing.
  • Hold full BABCP accreditation having their first audit with the BABCP.
Experience:
  • Have a minimum of two years PWP experience in both face-to-face and virtual treatment in public or private healthcare.
  • Have previous experience of supervision or management of a small team.
Knowledge:

You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Skills:

Importantly, you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients. Be able to effectively problem-solve and prioritize. Communicate effectively and be able to effectively time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.

Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 per annum
Position: Permanent/full-time 40 hours per week/Monday-Friday
Location: Remote working within the UK
